New texts: For the first time, temple inscriptions of the Horus Temple of Edfu have been
added as a new group of texts in cooperation with The Edfu Project (Göttingen Academy of Sciences).
The materials relating to the text groups recorded to date has been revised and extended considerably.
Text databases have grown to include a total of 1.100,000 text words.
New functions: For the Texts of the Amarna Period hieroglyphic word spellings are available in a seperate window for some texts.

An English version of the help index for users is now available for English browsers. A new manual (in PDF-Format) for using the Thesaurus Linguae Aegyptiae can be accessed via the help files (icon in the upper right corner).

New functions: It is now possible to search for hieroglyphic spellings within the lemma list, and it is possible for TLA users to type in, online, new variants of hieroglyphic spellings for
entries in the lemma list (interactive test version). Image data (photographs, drawings) from reference publications are now available for consultation for selected lemmata from the lemma list and
for individual texts and objects of a number of corpus segments.

New functions: Searching within the lemma list may now be narrowed to word classes. The combined occurrence of words may be searched for by their word classes. Analysis of lexical gravity has
been introduced as well as representation of statistical data on word frequency and occurrence in the entire database and in segments of the corpus. Keyword analyses may be run, and name registers
and word lists for partial corpora generated.

framework of a new core theme. The process of entering all letters into the database has been completed

New texts: The material of the text groups recorded up to this point has been revised and considerably extended. For the first time, temple inscriptions of the Greco-Roman period have been
added as a new group of texts in cooperation with René Preys (KU Leuven). Text databases have grown to include a total of 440,000 text words.
New material: The Wörterbuch der ägyptischen Sprache has been digitized and lends itself to browsing on-screen. Encoded citation numbers are provided with links allowing users
to directly access the material in the Digitized Slip Archive.
New functions: Hieroglyphic citation forms are shown within the lemma list. The search functions of the Digitized Slip Archive have been fully integrated into the Thesaurus Linguae

New texts: Pyramid texts, letters from the Middle Kingdom, late handbooks of priests
New material: The "Vormanuskript" (preliminary manuscript) of the Wörterbuch der ägyptischen Sprache (1906-1909) is now available in digitized form.
New functions: Citations may now be searched for by analyzing the lemma list's hierarchical structure. Citations are sortable by date and shown in concordance format. For complexly organized
monuments, the tree-like representation of objects and texts has been improved.
New aids: A mailing list has been created to distribute information on the TLA's progress. For subscription details, please see information under "Contakt". The list may be subscribed under tla-info.
